Overview
Most AI tools wait for you to ask a question. Taskloom works the other way round: you describe an outcome, such as “chase every client with an unpaid invoice older than 30 days”, and the agent works out the steps. It reads your spreadsheet, drafts a personal email for each client, schedules the sends and logs the replies, stopping to ask you before anything leaves your outbox.
It connects to the tools a small team already uses (Gmail and Outlook, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Slack and common CRMs) and keeps a running checklist you can watch in real time. If a step fails, for example a contact has no email address, it flags the gap instead of guessing.
For freelancers and small businesses, this means the repetitive admin that eats an afternoon each week can be handed off with a single instruction, while you stay in control of what gets sent.
Key features
- Goals in plain language. Type what you want done; the agent plans the steps, so there is no workflow to build.
- Approval before sending. Every email, message or invite waits in a review queue until you approve it.
- Live task checklist. Watch each step tick off, with a note on anything it could not finish.
- Reusable routines. Save a goal that worked and run it again weekly with one click.

How to get started
- Sign up with your email. No phone number or card is needed for the free plan.

- Write a small first goal, for example “Reply to new enquiries with my price list”.
- Check the drafts in the approval queue for a week, then save it as a routine.
Pros and cons
Pros
- Plain-language goals, no workflow building
- Asks for approval before sending anything
- Generous free plan for trying it out
Cons
- Monthly task limit on the free plan
- Pricing shown in US dollars only
